- Federal Trade Commission (FTC): File an official complaint at ReportFraud.ftc.gov or forward general spam to spam@uce.gov.
- Anti-Phishing Working Group: Forward phishing emails to reportphishing@apwg.org.
- FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center: Submit a report at IC3.gov if you lost money or suffered financial theft.
- Your Email Provider: Use the built-in “Report Phishing” or “Mark as Spam” buttons.
Safety Steps
- Do not click on any links or download attachments.
- Do not reply or call any phone numbers listed in the message.
- Delete the email after reporting it.
